Margaret Mayo, Romance Author

Why does something that sounds so simple become so major? Change one scene, my editor said. It took me all day! I worked from 9am to 11pm. Admittedly I took time off to eat, to shop (a necessity), to watch my two favourite soaps (another necessity). I was brain dead by the time I had finished but I had increased my output by a thousand words as a consequence, so I was happy. And all my Christmas shopping is done, so I’m happier still.

You've got to love that ripple effect. One itty bitty scene… *insert evil laughter here*

Christmas shopping? What is Christmas shopping? Now that you've done yours can you do mine? I know, I know the longer I leave it the worse it's going to be :S. Maybe if I keep putting it off I'll wake up sometime in January?

Wishful thinking, Lacey. Bet you love Christmas really, and the rush at the end is such a buzz! (Says she who avoids it like the plague)
